Event Description

This event starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m. each day at Jadwin Hall, Room 407. In person for speakers/local participants, Free & virtual for all others. A workshop focused on spatially-structured microbial communities in real-life environments e.g., the ocean, ground beneath our feet, and animal hosts. This workshop brings together field scientists, laboratory microbiologists, and theorists/modelers to share diverse perspectives and to clarify open questions for future research.
